Lot Essay

Recently overhauled in the workshops of Patek Philippe the present watch is preserved in very good overall condition.

Reference 1578
Reference 1578 was in production approximately from 1943 to 1965, available in yellow and pink gold and with either subsidiary seconds or sweep centre seconds. It is distinguished by its "spider" lugs similar to chronograph reference 1579 and time only reference 2482.
