Lot Essay

Launched in 2006, reference 5960 was Patek Philippe's first self-winding chronograph with an annual calendar and the in-house calibre CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H. It was first launched in platinum with grey dial in 2006 and since then also available in pink gold and with various dial colors.

In 2014, the stainless steel version such as the present watch was introduced to the market and is the last remain of the reference 5960 to be produced.

Furthermore, the present watch is fresh to the market.

For another examples of Patek Philippe Reference 5960 in platinum, please see Lot 2665 in this sale.
