This special edition was manufactured exclusively for the Japanese market to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe. According to our research, 500 pieces were manufactured in total with two different types of dials; one in ivory (the present example) and the other in slate grey. Furthermore, the present lot is fresh to the market.
