According to our research, the present rare lady's watch is fresh to the market and it is one of only 5 other examples known to the market since its introduction. Offered here at Christie's in overall very good condition, this watch is a rare find for the collector of such jewelled timepieces by Patek Philippe.

Reference 3289 was launched in 1961 and manufactured until the late 1960s in yellow and white gold, including platinum, with all kinds of shapes, precious stones and dials.
