Lot Essay

The reference 3800 was made from 1981 to 2006 and offered an alternative to larger sized “Jumbo” Nautilus watches. Considered three-quarter sized, the 3800 was made in a large array of styles in all four case metals as well as in two-tone cases. Jeweled pieces, such as the presently offered watch, offered clients the option of diamond bezels and diamond markers. This particular example with a gilded dial is offered fresh to the market, in near new old stock condition and complete with all accessories from the time of its original sale from Royal Jewelers in Fargo, North Dakota.
