These lots have been imported from outside the EU for sale using a Temporary Import regime. Import VAT is payable (at 20%) on the Hammer price. Lot Essay

This cabinet is inspired by the meeting of the warm Atlantic Ocean and the cold Benguela currents at the southern point of Africa. Where these two immense bodies of water come into contact, they do not mix, and the undulating waves of this piece express this dynamic meeting point.
