Lot Essay

Well preserved and untouched, the dial of the present watch has tropicalized to a very even amazing glowing fiery red-orange colour leaving a “halo” around each of the original luminous numerals. It is incredibly rare to find a tropical dial of such glowing beauty especially without any sign of intervention or restoration. The case with Oyster patent crown and the rare and probably original gold riveted Oyster bracelet are in a matching untouched state of preservation. An irresistible piece for the Rolex connoisseur.
