Designed as a series of emerald, ruby and sapphire beads, interspersed with baroque cultured pearls and reeded gold rondelles with black enamel and circular-cut diamond accents, 38 1/2 ins., mounted in 18k gold and platinum, may be separated and worn as two necklaces measuring 17 3/4 ins. and 20 3/4 ins.
