Designed as a choker, the front centering upon a cushion-cut yellow sapphire, within a circular and rectangular-cut yellow sapphire, oval cabochon sapphire and circular-cut diamond surround, to the tapered polished and hammered gold band set with alternating oval cabochon sapphires and cushion-cut yellow sapphires, 13 1/2 ins., mounted in platinum and 18k gold
