PROPERTY FROM THE COLLECTION OF LU NANSHAN (LOTS 1366-1367)Lu Nanshan (1904-1988), was one of the four famous Shanghainese physicians in the 1930s. He was a Chinese paintings collector, and friends with famous artists in Shanghai, such as Tang Yun (1910-1993). Tang helped Lu purchase many paintings in his collection, including the Wang Yuanqi Landscape and the Rubbings to be offered in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy (Lots 952-953).
