etching, 1633, on laid paper, without watermark, a good impression of the second state (of five), the face printing very darkly and evenly but beginning to show some wear in the cap, trimmed inside the platemark, with skilfully made-up paper losses on all sides, with touches of pen and ink in places, the borderline penned in, framed
