The first wristwatch ever to be fitted with an annual calendar, the reference 5035 was ingenuously designed by Patek Philippe in 1996 and produced until 2005. Crafted with a rare and attractive black dial, the calendar of the timepiece automatically takes into account the months with 30 and 31 days and will require only one correction of the date function over the year.
Of all the versions manufactured, watches combining an 18K pink gold case with a black dial are amongst the most sought after and rare versions of the reference 5035.
Offered in pristine overall condition, the desirability of this timepiece is further enhanced by the presence of the original certificate and box.
Ref. 5035 and calibre 315 SQA are illustrated in: Patek Philippe Wristwatches, Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, 1998 Edition, p. 323.
