Campbell by Hullmandel & Walton, woodcut title, folding map, woodcuts throughout (some spotting and light soiling, folding map repaired). Original green cloth, gilt decorated (some fading, spine repaired). Provenance: contemporary inscription on verso of frontispiece – bookplate adapting the device of William Caxton.
