After the design by Veniamin Belkin, the centre painted with an industrial landscape and inscribed in Russian 'October 1917' below a fluttering red flag, the border painted with a Russian inscription 'Victory / [of] the Workers' and tools on either side, masked Imperial Porcelain Factory mark and blue overglaze hammer, sickle and cog, and date '1921'
