Lot Essay

The present ref. 16718 is a clean and very well-preserved example of a 1990s Rolex GMT-Master II. The case impresses with full proportions, the original dial with luminous numerals in a near perfect white tone, perfectly matching the hands.

The main difference to the previous model ref. 16758 is the further development of the movement. By pulling out the crown to the position it is now possible to independently advance or reverse the 24-hour-hand, each step corresponding to one hour.
