BY THE IMPERIAL PORCELAIN FACTORY, ST PETERSBURG, FIRST HALF 19TH CENTURY
Circular, the centre depicting Ganymede with an eagle and two female figures, signed in Cyrillic 'V: Meshcheriakov', framed within a gilt band, the white ground outer border with a continuous band of gilt rosettes and palmettes, flanked by green geometric bands, apparently unmarked, incised under base with Cyrillic 'P' and numeral '6'
