Lot Essay

Consigned by the original owner, the present timepiece is offered in pristine and excellent condition.

Launched in 2012 at Baselworld, reference 5235 by Patek Philippe is the first modern annual calendar wristwatch of the firm produced with a regulator dial. Initially found in watchmaker workshops, regulator dials allow more accuracy than conventional timepieces as the hour and minute hands do not share the central pinion position on the dial but are independently placed.

Considered as one of the most significant technical innovations in Patek Philippe’s history, the present reference is furthermore offered in pristine conditions with all its accessories.
