Presented with its original Patek Philippe presentation box from the last decade of the 19th century, the present ladies pendant watch stuns with its charming design.
The case back is elegantly decorated, in-between deep blue enamel is very finely painted white flowers, all surrounded within a diamond-set band to the outer edge. The blue numerals of the dial compliment the case perfectly, as do the Louis XV style hands.
The brooch is designed as a set of wings with diamonds to each wing tip. Two stars sit above the wings, as if to be floating in mid-air, furthermore stars can be seen on the dial interspersed between the numerals. Preserved in excellent original condition, this is an exquisite example of
Patek Philippe craftsmanship.
