PROPERTY FROM THE COLLECTION OF XIE CHUNPING (LOTS 1285-1286)Xie Chunping, served as the reception manager of the Overseas Chinese Travel Service in the 1970s, mainly receiving overseas Chinese, and from Hong Kong and Macao. Because of his work, Xie contacted many well-known painters in China and befriended artists such as Wu Zuoren, Wang Xuetao, Huang Zhou, Bai Xueshi, Tang Yun, Li Xiongcai, Guan Shanyue and Wu Guanzhong. All the calligraphy and paintings in this collection acquired directly from the artists and thence by descent.
