"Les Physichromies sont un piège à lumière; un espace dans lequel une série de bandes de couleurs interagissent pour se transformer, pour générer de nouvelles gammes de couleurs et pour envahir l’espace environnant entre les verticales qui recouvrent l’œuvre. En outre, le mouvement du spectateur ou de la source de lumière crée également une série de variations chromatiques qui, comme celles qui se produisent dans l'espace réel du paysage, se répètent à l'infini à chaque révolution du soleil sans jamais être exactement identiques, car l'intensité et le type de lumière qui les baigne ne seront jamais identiques. D'où le nom Physichromies, du fait de mettre en jeu la couleur, la couleur physique."
"Physichromies are a light trap; a space in which a series of webs of color interact in order to transform each other, to generat new ranges of color and to invade the surrounding space between the vertical that cover the work. In addition, the movement of the viewer or of the light source also creates a series of chromatic variations that, like those that come about in the real space of landscape, endlessly repeat themselves with each revolution of the sun without ever being exactly the same, as the intensity and type of light that bathes them will never be identical. Hence the name Physichromies, from the fact of putting color, physical color, into play."
