GEORGE III, CIRCA 1790, THE URNS ASSOCIATED, ONE OF LATER DATE AND MADE TO MATCH
The urns each with turned cover enclosing a vacant interior, the waisted bodies strung with boxwood and fruitwood on square bases; the pedestals each with cupboard door with a false drawer, one enclosing three drawers, the other enclosing two drawers and a tambour shutter, on a plinth base, tops reveneered
The pedestals: 41 ¾ in. (106 cm.) high; 19 in. (48 cm.) wide; 18 in. (45.5 cm.) deep
The urns: 31 ½ in. (80 cm.) high

A wedding present from The Royal Air Force to T.R.H. the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, November 1935.
