Circular, the centre painted with the Imperial double-headed eagle within the chain of the Order of St Andrew on an ermine-lined mantle surmounted by the Imperial crown, the border with gilt ciselé trophies of arms and lion masks on a royal blue ground, apparently unmarked
9 ½ in. (24.1 cm.) diameter
