Gemini notes that: "The handmade paper was created by La Paloma. Each work is unique with certain techniques applying to some, but not all of the works. All pieces have the figure, which was cut entirely from a woodblock. Six different woodblocks were utilized altogether. These were sandblasted for deep texture, then inked in intaglio or woodblock fashion. In some cases cast paper or multicolored paper pulp was applied to the surface and some pieces were hand- or spray-painted through a stencil by the artist.
The image shown is one of 58 unique works. Each work was numbered consecutively with a 7-digit "Borofsky number," conceived by the artist and utilized in many of his Gemini works. *Numbers in the title and image change with each work in the edition. Borofsky numbers 3274676 through 3274727 and 5876442 through 5876446 are associated with this edition including a duplicated 3274718."
