Tasting note: Pale ruby coloured. Wonderful aromatics with fragrant violet notes and red fruits with truffle and mushrooms with a meaty gamey quality. Absolutely delicious and enticing bouquet! Fresh and bright acidity on the palate with rich flavours of redcurrants and strawberry. Drying out on the finish as fully mature. Drink soon. Tasted September 2021. Tim Triptree MW
