Lot Essay

Accompanied with a letter from Vacheron Constantin confirming the watch has been sold in their Geneva boutique at the end of 19th century/early 20th century.
Made by Audemars Piguet and sold by Vacheron Constantin around 1900, this Triple Complication is an example of exceptional quality not only in regards to its movement, but also its dial and case, meeting a level of superb quality characterizing Audemars Piguet's timepieces for this period of time. No wonder that Vacheron Constantin chose Audemars Piguet as a supplier for such a watch, certainly upon special request of one of the company's faithful clients.

The overall appeal of this masterwork of horology is enhanced by its very good overall condition.
