With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming the production of the present watch with diamond and ruby hour markers and case-band decorated with 45 diamonds (approx. 0.64 ct) and 45 rubies (approx. 0.85 ct) made in 1950 and sold in 1951, retailed by Casa Welsch Lima, Peru.
