In 1992, Audemars Piguet launched Reference 14802BA “Jubilee” in commemoration for the 20^th anniversary of the Royal Oak. The timepiece is numbered 109 and is limited to 1000 pieces. Reference 14802BA is a homage to the original Royal Oak Reference 5402BA “Jumbo” and measures at a collector favored 39mm. The case and bracelet are completely crafted from 18k yellow gold which gives the timepiece a substantial weight and presence on the wrist. Yet, the timepiece remains slim and wearable at 8mm, thanks to Caliber 2121 which is fully visible through the sapphire case back. The watch has a skeletonized 21k yellow gold rotor which aids in automatic winding capabilities. A signature tapisserie dial in grey completes the streamline feel and look of the impressive bracelet watch.
