This very special reference was produced in celebration of the iconic model’s 20^th anniversary. Only available as standard in either rose gold or platinum with 40 mm cases with correspondingly coloured dials, the present platinum watch is an exceptional and very special unique piece fitted with a beautifully lustrous blue mother of pearl dial, undoubtedly one of the rarest individual watches of this already almost unobtainable Chronomètre à Résonance edition. A unique F.P. Journe watch of this significance would only have been offered to a most valued and loyal client of the brand, such as the present owner, and personally approved by Mr. Journe.

The 20^th Anniversary Edition ‘Series 3’ Resonance
In true F.P. Journe style, the 2019 Résonance RT was not merely redesigned aesthetically with a return to the dial symmetry of earlier series, but also presented new technical challenges. The movement of the 2019 Résonance of course features the pair of balance wheels beating in resonance with one another and powering the two synchronized time displays. Technically, this model is identical to the standard production ‘Series 3’ watches, with a symmetrical looking dial, except that the left-hand dial retains the 24-hour display of the preceding series. The dial frames are identical to those seen on ‘Series 2’ watches. This model is also significant because it heralded the end of the ‘classic’ Cal. 1499 ‘Chronomètre à Résonance’ series.
