The 'American 1921' from Vacheron Constantin's 'Historiques' collection was inspired by an avant-garde wristwatch made in a very small series for the North American market during the Roaring Twenties.
The model is distinguished by its cushion-shaped case with the crown positioned at one o'clock, the sand-blasted finished dial with black painted Breguet numerals and black oxidized Breguet hands. With its 40 mm diameter, the watch has a great presence on the wrist.
The glazed case back reveals the in-house developed and manufactured cal. 4400 movement stamped with the prestigious Geneva seal.
