Lot Essay

Considered as a hidden gem by watch aficionados, the Girard Perregaux Richeville series originally launched in the 1960's and was revived in the early 1990's. The model was available with a variety of dials and case materials including stainless steel, steel and gold, yellow, pink or white gold variants with both time only and chronograph models being produced.

Founded in 1791, Girard-Perregaux is one of the oldest fine watchmaking Manufactures still in operation and is appreciated by those in the know.
