Lot Essay

The Anniversary Langematik model was made in a limited edition of 500 examples in platinum between 2000 and 2004 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the re-establishment of the manufacturer as well as the end of the millenary.

With a very attractive enamel dial of the finest quality, the wristwatch features a patented zero-reset mechanism which simplifies time setting. When the crown is pulled, the seconds hand automatically jumps to the 12 o'clock or zero position. In addition to its zero-reset mechanism, this watch has a clean and modern aesthetic appeal with its flawless white enamel dial, black Roman numerals and striking red-colored Roman numerals at 12 o'clock.

Considered one of the most desirable limited edition watches ever made by the storied German watch manufacturer, the present timepiece will satisfy the most demanding collectors.
