Accompanied by Patek Philippe cardboard slipcase, leather-covered winding box and an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 2000 and its subsequent sale on November 21st of the same year.

According to our research the present watch has never before appeared at auction.

The reference 5036 was the first watch made with annual calendar and phases of the moon. It was produced from 1997 until at least 2006.
