With three train gilt-finished 8-day lever movement, quarter repeating, striking and alarm on two polished steel hammers, the white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, diamond-set hands, central alarm hand, applied silver and white enamel bead decorated bezel, in rectangular silver case with translucent royal blue enamel on engine-turned sunburst pattern decorated background, white enamel borders, the sides set with two small white gold and diamond-set flower-shaped studs, a gold beaded ring to the base, the winding and hand setting holes closed by sliding a lever in the back, amethyst repeating plunger and applied white gold and diamond-set initial M to the top, on agate base with molded edges, case with hand-stamped Cartier reference number, dial signed
