With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with raised gold hour markers in 1963 and its subsequent sale on 15 October 1953. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe invoice for overhaul of the watch in 2006. To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never been offered in public before.

Reference 2500 was launched in 1951. The model was made in two versions, the first series, such as the present watch, with calibre 10'''200, the second with calibre 12'''400.
