Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe original sales tag, Certificate of Origin, Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with gilded dial and applied yellow gold tritium indexes in 1983 and its subsequent sale on 7 September 1983. The actual dial featuring diamond indexes was most probably exchanged upon requested by the original owner immediately when purchasing the watch. Furthermore delivered with the original fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Reference 3800 was in production from 1981 to 2006 and available in different versions. It was replaced by reference 5800.
