The Miss Hybrid series is a humourous take on the appeareance of the fashionable girls in Tehran. With their blonde hair, blue contact lenses and tell-tale surgical tape on their noses- clearly showing they have had cosmetic surgery, the girls in these images subvert preconceptions about the chador, demonstrating the freedom Iranian women exercise within their confines.
