The lozenge shaped cut-glass bowl with silver handle formed as a bogatyr's head, with pan-Slavic scroll embellishments, the prow inscribed with the date '19 27/IV 16', with an eagle's head beneath and a semi-circular plaque below, engraved with Cyrillic intials OKI and a laurel festoon along the lower border, marked on handle and prow
