Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1981 and its subsequent sale on 23 December 1981. Furthermore delivered with the original fitted cork and steel box with metal plaque inscribed Nautilus, Patek Philippe, Genève and outer packaging.

Purchased by the late father of the present owner in 1982, this watch has never been offered in public before. Obviously hardly ever worn and preserved in very good overall condition, its rarity is enhanced by the original certificate and the "Nautilus" cork box.
