Cylindrical, the bulbous body decorated with seven large stylized flower-head reserves, with cylindrical mount within stiff-leaf and dot and beaded borders, engraved with Russian inscription 'With best wishes from your devoted S. S. Manguby' '19 23 IX 23' on one side and inscribed date flanked by two stylized engraved Cyrillic monograms 'MFL', the angular handles surmounted with ribbon-tied laurel wreaths with entwined laurel garlands, marked on mount
