SWISS. A FINE AND VERY RARE 18K GOLD, ENAMEL, PEARL AND DIAMOND-SET MUSICAL HARP FORM WATCH MADE FOR THE CHINESE MARKET

Gilt-finished full plate wedge-shaped verge movement, chain fusée, pierced and decorative balance cock, three arm balance, plain rounded pilasters, hinged and set at the base of the harp, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, decorative blue and white enamel foliate border, pearl-set bezel, blue enamel column, the side panels enhanced with polychrome enamel panels, bordered by pearls, one with a lute motif, the other a staff, the front hinged panel to reveal the musical box, polychrome enamel plaque depicting a bow and arrow, gardner's hat, scraf and roses, the knee block and neck in black and blue enamel, gilt foliate motif, the crown with similar black, blue and white enamel, two gilt rams heads and decorative pearl loops, one side of the neck further enhanced by European-cut diamonds, the gilt center strip and sound board enhanced with blue and black enamel foliate motif, gilt strings, movement unsigned, base signed Fs. Auch, Geneva, gilt chain
