engraving, probably before 1500, watermark Large High Crown (similar to Piccard XIII, 8, dated 1500-08), a fine, early impression, trimmed to or just inside the platemark, in places with thread margins or fractionally trimmed into the subject, a few very minor spots and surface dirt, several flattened creases only visible verso, generally in good condition
