Most certainly part of an exceedingly small series of such fully diamond-set watches possibly made to special order, the present watch underlines Cartier's reputation as "The Jeweller of Kings and the King of Jewellers". It impresses with a total of approximately 497 brilliant-cut and 4 square-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 45 to 50 carats and its like new condition.
