The green leather-lined rounded rectangular top with foliate-cast three-quarter gallery above a central drawer flanked to the right by two drawers and to the left by one drawer simulated as two, on panelled foliate stranded end supports and foliate-carved feet with sunk brass castors, the locks stamped 'BRAMAH', some locks lacking, castor plates cast 'COPES PATENT', the drawer arrangement adapted from two original frieze drawers and reusing veneer from the back frieze
