The top designed as a pierced circular-cut diamond foliate band, interspersed with larger old mine, old European and single-cut diamonds, spaced by five sculpted 18k gold boules, to the textured gold bracelet, decorated with engraved foliate motifs, mounted in 18k yellow and white gold, 2¼ ins. diameter, 1 in. wide, (one diamond has been replaced with a light green gemstone)
