This set of painting is part of a collection exhibited at the Hong Kong University Museum of Art, He Baili's Idyllic Hong Kong in Ink in 2006. He Baili's art originates from the Lingnan school, but he has always remained unique in his creations. Familiar with creating large-scale landscape works which depict mountain ranges and bending streams with majesty and grandeur. This set recreate the old scene of Hong Kong that was once a thriving fishing port, for both painter and viewer to reminisce on the old days of Hong Kong.
