CASE: the drum-shaped dial surmounted by a goat climbing a fruiting vine with a putto to the right and a sleeping bacchic nymph below, on a rectangular white marble base fronted by a plaque cast in relief with a bacchic procession, on toupie feet DIAL: the white enamelled dial signed 'Bouchet/À PARIS', engraved ormolu hands MOVEMENT: twin barrels with anchor escapement and countwheel strike on bell
