Of tapering form, the colorless glass body cut with stellar, octagonal and diamond patterns, the neck mount repoussé and chased with acanthus and foliate palmettes, the hinged cover with scrolling thumb-piece and leafy pinecone finial, the upswept leaf-clad handle with conforming finial, the inner rim engraved in Russian 'In memory of joint labors 1901-1903.', the spout engraved with a monogram, marked on handle and inside cover
