With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with black dial and 10 applied Arabic numerals in yellow gold in 1994 and its subsequent sale on 12 December 1994. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe original presentation box and outer packaging.
