A SET OF THREE DUTCH SILVER-GILT-MOUNTED GLASS CLARET JUGS
MARK OF PETRUS LENTZ, MAASTRICHT, 1897
In two sizes, each pear shaped with spiral fluting, the silver mounts cast and chased with putto amid grapevines and scrolling foliage, the foot with openwork rocaille scrolls, with a reeded double scroll handle, the detachable cover with a cast putto finial, the base applied with a plaque stamped TIANG HOK KONG SOE, each marked on foot, neck, handle, and cover
The large jug 15¾ in. (40 cm.) high, the two smaller jugs 10½ in. (27 cm.) high (3)
