A PAIR OF ELEGANT COLOURED DIAMOND AND DIAMOND EAR PENDANTS, BY NIRAV MODI
One set with an oval-shaped diamond terminal weighing 2.06 carats, within a brilliant-cut diamond frame, to the pear-shaped fancy intense blue diamond surmount weighing 1.24 carats, spaced by brilliant and pear-shaped pink diamonds and a marquise-cut diamond, juxtaposed with another similarly-set earring suspending an oval-shaped fancy intense blue diamond terminal weighing 2.22 carats, surmounted by a pear-shaped diamond weighing 1.53 carats, mounted in 18k white gold, 4.8 cm long

Accompanied by four reports dated 30 June 2008 to 18 May 2010 from the Gemological Institute of America with the following details:

Also accompanied by a supplemental letter from the Gemological Institute of America stating the 2.06 and 1.53 carat diamonds have been determined to be Type IIa. Type IIa diamonds are the most chemically pure type of diamond and often have exceptional optical transparency. Type IIa diamonds were first identified as originating from India (particularly from the Golconda region) but have since been recovered in all major diamond-producing regions of the world. Among famous gem diamonds, the 530.30 carat Cullinan and the 105.60 carat Koh-i-noor, are examples of Type IIa
